1. Free Delivery
VizWear offer free standard delivery for all (mainland UK) orders valued at or over £150.00 (excluding VAT). Orders to Northern Ireland, and offshore UK islands, including Jersey and Guernsey must be £1000 (excluding VAT) to qualify for free delivery.
2. Express Delivery
(1-2 Working Days) Express Delivery is our standard delivery service. Available throughout the UK, including Highlands, Offshore UK Islands and Northern Ireland. Estimated delivery time within one to two working days (Monday to Friday) from order to a UK mainland address. Price is subject to order value and delivery address. For UK mainland delivery is 10% of the order value, with a minimum charge of £5.65 (excluding VAT). For offshore UK islands and Northern Ireland delivery is 15% of the order value, with a minimum charge of £30.00 (excluding VAT).
3. Bank Holidays
In the event that an order is placed for after 12.00 noon on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, this delivery would then be delivered by 5.00pm on the Wednesday. If a delivery order was placed after 12.00 noon on the Thursday prior to the Easter Bank Holiday, this order would be delivered by 5.00pm on the Wednesday.
4. Returns Policy
All returns must be authorised by Vizwear, and must be accompanied by a customer returns form. VizWear's returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused / unworn condition, in the original packaging within 28 days of the original purchase date. VizWear will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased, however we will not refund any delivery charges unless the goods are proven to be faulty.
If goods are returned due to the customer ordering the wrong size then VizWear will re-charge the customer for re-delivery. If goods are returned after the 28 day period, after inspection of the goods VizWear will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods VizWear will return them to the purchaser. Cash refunds cannot be given.

When returning any products you are required to also return any additional products you received as part of an offer for buying a certain product online. When returning goods that have separate parts, you are required to return all the parts that were sent with the product.
