1. Free Delivery

Free next day, tracked delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses with orders over £150 (excl VAT) and to all other addresses with orders over £1000 (excl VAT).

2. Express Delivery

Next-day tracked delivery is available on all orders that do not qualify for free delivery and costs just 10% of the order value for UK mainland addresses, and 15% of the order value for UK islands and Northern Ireland. Delivery cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.

 3. Bank Holidays

In the event that an order is placed for after 12.00 noon on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, this delivery would then be delivered by 5.00pm on the Wednesday. If a delivery order was placed after 12.00 noon on the Thursday prior to the Easter Bank Holiday, this order would be delivered by 5.00pm on the Wednesday.

 4. Express Delivery

 5. Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be delighted with the products you buy from us. If, however, you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order, simply contact us within 28 days to arrange a return.

Our returns policy is simple and transparent – here a few things you need to be aware of:

1.     Unless goods are faulty, you are responsible for returning them to us in an unused/unworn condition, in the original packaging. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery, therefore we recommend you use a “signed-for” service.

2.      If an exchange is required, a new delivery charge will apply.

3.      If returning goods for refund that were purchased as part of an offer or package, all items must be returned.

4.       If the goods are faulty or if we have delivered the wrong items, we will refund the cost of return and no additional delivery charges will apply to replacements.

5.       In certain circumstances we can accept returns after 28 days, but in such cases only an exchange will be offered. Refunds will not be given after 28 days.

Please note that these conditions DO NOT apply to personalized items that have been branded with your company logo or similar, which can only be returned if the goods are faulty.
